From the process of selecting the building all the way through to just about the end, our experience with RAM buildings was exceptional. Our sales rep. - Jeff Dunn - worked closely with us to design a building that would meet our needs and our budget. The building crew was pleasant to visit with and competent in their work. I am a bit of a stickler for "doing things right," so I walked around with a level on weekends and in the evenings when the crew had left. Every post and every purlin (?) was square and level. I would gladly have this crew come back and work for us again! The only area where we felt a bit let down was that we requested the building site be cleaned up of debris after the job was done. What we found was the scrap had been placed in a pile, but not removed as expected. If I were to do this job over, I would not hesitate to call RAM again, but I would want it stipulated in writing that removal of scrap was part of the job. Other than this one small disappointment, we are very pleased with the building, the crew, the RAM office folks, and our sales rep., Jeff Dunn.
Our family farm was in the need of a few new roof this year, so I contacted RAM Buildings to see if that was something they would like to tackle. After reviewing the site with the Keith the salesman, we developed an estimate for the roofs and an option to convert the siding to maintenance free as well. The complete project entailed 5 outbuilding roofs, 1 house roof, siding 5 outbuildings, 1 concrete shop floor, plus miscellaneous updates to other buildings including 3 overhead doors, 10 walk doors, and siding. All in it was a sizable project with several logistical challenges, a fixed budget and tight timeline. I am happy to report Ram came in on time and within the project budget despite some of the challenges faced with the older buildings. Keith kept me informed every step of the way regarding the progress and any obstacles we had to overcome. There is no hesitation on my part in either recommending Ram or hiring them again to do a new or retrofit project.
Ram was a very positive experience for our pole shed building. They were quick to respond to our estimate and met with us to get our detailed information. We promptly received our bid. Ram was very accommodating as we changed our plans multiple times. They worked with us on every change and multiple option prices on features we were considering. They were competitively priced to individual buildings but came with the comfort of working with a reputable company. The crew foreman Scott did an excellent job keeping us informed of the timeline and progress. He also gave suggestions based on his experience which resulted in making changes on the fly to improve our shed and was done with no complaints or problems. Myself, my husband and two of my husbands brothers have had new Ram pole buildings built with no problems and we are all satisfied customers!
Dealt with Jeff from Ram Buildings. He was able to accommodate everything we wanted including some changes after the building had started. He was extremely flexible to work with and the builders they used were great! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking at getting a pole shed.

I have had so many complements on the looks of my barn. RAM did a great job in its construction. There were only two hick-ups: the incorrect overhead door was ordered and required a re-order and additional vents were required to improve air circulation. RAM was prompt and attentive in correcting both situations. My only regret is that I didn't drop the ceiling elevation in the animal area of the barn, thereby creating a larger area for hay storage.
